I was told that the service would take about an hour. I waited around for more than an hour and a half. I did not receive a text or a phone call so I decided to go to the service department and check it I waited around for more than an hour and a half. I did not receive a text or a phone call so I decided to go to the service department and check it out. I noticed my car was done and waiting outside in the parking lot. I walked over to Aaron’s desk and I noticed 4 guys talking and laughing amongst eachother but I did not see Aaron. I walked over and they told me that he was on lunch. I saw my key sitting on the desk on top of the RO. These guys were so busy talking to themselves that they couldn’t text or call me to notify me that my car was done. Very inconsiderate of peoples time. Very upsetting. More
