I have been taking my Hondas here for 20 years and this last couple visits have left me disappointed with the service. This is the second time I've left with my undercarriage flapping, not connected. I c last couple visits have left me disappointed with the service. This is the second time I've left with my undercarriage flapping, not connected. I come in with it connected just fine. I've had to have someone outside of honda reattach it. I would imagine if it was broken, my service advisor would tell me. I've also had to take my car in for the recalled ac condenser twice since it's been replaced. I am being asked to pay 2500 for an evaporator that both times the service advisors have told me they are connected and made of the same material as the recalled part, Honda knows, but won't cover it. Service advisor was kind enough, so this is not about him. I was looking at new cars, and after 20 years of Honda, (all from Norm Reeves) I am thinking of a different dealerships. More
