When I entered the dealership I was greeted by a friendly salesmen. I asked to look at a specific vehicle. At no time was I pressured. I came back the next day to check it out again and set up a time to purc salesmen. I asked to look at a specific vehicle. At no time was I pressured. I came back the next day to check it out again and set up a time to purchase vehicle. I ended up bringing my wife later that night. We ended up buying that night. After I declined the services that they recommended which was about 4 thousand dollars the service advisors attitude changed quickly. He turned cold and not very enthusiastic and willing to help me felt like was about 4 thousand dollars the service advisors attitude changed quickly. He turned cold and not very enthusiastic and willing to help me felt like he wanted to get me out of the service department quickly since I wasn’t purchasing any service but I did still pay my 189.00 inspection fee.
