After numerous attempts and visits to the dealership (Norm Reeves) to get the alignment and steering wheel issues fixed, and was a direct result from getting my vehicle serviced for the first time after (Norm Reeves) to get the alignment and steering wheel issues fixed, and was a direct result from getting my vehicle serviced for the first time after purchase, the dlr did a check point inspection and rotated the tires. As mentioned, it took many visits and endless explanations each visit why vehicle was not driving properly. On my last visit, the last Service Advisor I spoke with was professional and extremely helpful, however my vehicle was still not performing to expectations. After driving a short distance I went back to the dealership and met and spoke with Ms. Julie Canales. I explained the vehicle was still not driving to expectations, needless to say at that point I was frustrated with the lack or results but nevertheless she remained very professional and listened empathetically. She informed me they would investigate the cause and do whatever was necessary to fix the issues with the vehicle. I dropped off at the dealership the following day as scheduled, after so many attempts I was skeptical about the results but to my surprise, Ms. Julie Canales addressed the issues with my vehicle to my complete satisfaction! Again, she profesional, empathetic, provided results. Also the last Service Advisor I spoke to deserves some positive credit. Thank you! More
