I took my car in for a tire repair & had the worst experience one could ever receive! After picking up my car I noticed that my the rim that was suppose to be fixed technically was repaired but looked experience one could ever receive! After picking up my car I noticed that my the rim that was suppose to be fixed technically was repaired but looked like half of it was painted mat black so I was given my rim back being two different colors (half glossy / half mat) I was very frustrated because the people that fixed it only work certain days during the week & its hard to get out of work to be taking my car! So I called the dealer to inform them about my issue Oscar was off so the Manager Michael was the one who took my phone call! He told me I could take my car in the following Tuesday to be fixed! Once I brought it in Oscar came to greet me and he already had an I don’t care attitude and it didn’t not sit well with me because when I purchased the tire / rim protection I was told I could take it to any Honda and it will be fixed! So he told me there wasn’t anything they could do for me and that it was on the insurance policy that texture and color didn’t have to match! I called the insurance company and they told me that it was just common sense that they’d fix the rim the correct way! Oscar & Michael sent me to Honda in Long Beach bc that’s where I purchased my car and the advisors at that Honda were very shocked at how they treated me and also told me it was common sense that they’d do what was correct. However due to my claim being at the Honda in Cerritos there wasn’t anything that the Honda dealer could do for me so those advisors advised to take it back to Cerritos. I ended up just leaving to work because I know that the manager nor the employee cared about how unsatisfied I was with the job that they did and with their xxxxty service! I was there a total of 3 times and not one person was friendly! These protection plans are pretty darn expensive to be treated this way, but since it doesn’t come out of their pocket they clearly do not care! It was unprofessional, I have never experienced such bad service at a Honda dealer! More

I had a great experience with my other car I purchased at this dealer. This time it was ok. I felt sales was very pushy on trying to make their commission when we tried to negotiate.
