I really like the fact that emailing and texting is now a part of the car buying process, which makes it much easier and saves a ton of time. Tom Mac responded to my online quote request and we continued to correspond over texts for the next few days leading up to my purchase. During this time, I noticed other sales people from other dealerships would rather have you come in person to discuss it. That was an automatic "no" for me. Tom answered my questions and when we would negotiate over price, he didn't hold back on telling me the out-the-door price. Because of this, I stuck with Tom. When I arrived at the dealership, Ty Thieu was there to facilitate the signing process and to show me the features of my new 2019 Honda Accord Hybrid. He was a very nice, soft spoken guy who enjoyed talking about cars with my cousin. Lastly, we ended the evening with Robert Villarreal in finance. It was a painless process with DMV and insurance paperwork. I was in and out of the dealership in about 1hr 30mins. More
