First we looked in one of their huge storage lots, but eventually they found it at another dealer, and big thanks to Samantha who personally drove out to West Covina to retrieve it. While we waited, my dad and I had lunch and wandered around a shopping mall called the Los Cerritos Center, that is located just on the other side of the freeway. It's in a really convenient location, and I believe they even provide a free shuttle to the mall from the dealers on Studebaker Drive. Loved the updated facility and the no-pressure experience. And to top it off, I got a great deal that I was extremely satisfied with. This was my second time buying a car from a Norm Reeves dealer, and I look forward to doing business with them again in the future. More
