Sales people were I wa very happy with Samantha Alejo’s customer service and friendliness and with the deal we had worked out over the phone. We decided on a lease for I wa very happy with Samantha Alejo’s customer service and friendliness and with the deal we had worked out over the phone. We decided on a lease for a 2019 civic si with a co signer, no fees charged, $2000 down and $240 a month. However The finance guy, Ramzi Maymoun completely took advantage of the fact that my mother (co signer) and I were very tired after a long day at work and considering that we were in his office doing the paperwork until almost midnight. It was my negligence not to have overlooked the leasing agreement before signing it, but I assumed Honda would have kept their word about the deal I had agreed upon with Samantha. Ramzi took it upon himself to take the $2000 cash downpayment and charge me for initial registration fees, document processing fee, registration charge, tire fee plus my first month car payment, none of which were discussed and all that Samantha told me I would not have to pay for. The $2000 downpayment was to go to the car so I’d owe less at the end of 3 years, but only $1139 did. When Ramzi offered Honda care and the alarm on the car the first thing I said was no, and instead of him respecting my decision he replied with Why? Not wanting to argue I agreed to purchase the alarm system. More waste of money for me, but more money for the dealership for the unnecessary alarm system I asked him to remove a couple days later and he said it was not possible. I ended up with a monthly payment of $282, when the initial verbal agreement with Samantha was $240. I will enjoy my new car the most I can, but I will never buy or lease another car from your dealership based on this experience. More

Recent experience with Honda Norm Reeves at Cerritos I was probably the most unfortunate customer to buy a Honda insight 2019 on Oct 2018 at the Cerritos store. I really had a bad experience and unpleasa I was probably the most unfortunate customer to buy a Honda insight 2019 on Oct 2018 at the Cerritos store. I really had a bad experience and unpleasant time with Honda at Cerritos and Santa Ana. my thought and loyalty towards Honda started going low and then Mr. Kevin made me meet Chandika for my concerns however Chandika was little occupied with other work and so came forward and asked if I am ok to meet other person. I met Sen Dissanayake who was the best person in my till date experience at the entire USA. He was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, polite, good service ethics, professional, down to earth, good listener, out of the box thinking, good with numbers and last but not least good human being with patience. He took all my frustration and all issues I had with Honda. He made me think again to visit Honda. I would not say others are not good but he is the best (my perception).
