Tom Mac gave me great service. I contacted Tom online through Facebook messenger. I had told him that I had a deal at West Covina Norm Reeves and that if he can beat the price. Tom gave me the down payme through Facebook messenger. I had told him that I had a deal at West Covina Norm Reeves and that if he can beat the price. Tom gave me the down payment amount and monthly payment amount. After a week of going back and fourth on messenger I showed up at the Dealership in Cerritos with my son. My son is 18 years old and first time buyer. I told Tom when I got there if numbers were going to change from what I was communicated to on messenger. He told me no absolutely not , what ever I communicated to you stands. I asked this because from my experience all dealerships say one thing then when get there the price goes up , some excuses are made and they say something else.
