We were at two Honda dealerships and was also talking to another dealership over phone. Once we had decided on the car, price was the only deciding factor. The dealerships (in Irvine) wouldn't engage with us on the price conversation in a direct way. They weren't friendly either. Susanna understood that we were an interested buyer and gave a price over phone. We asked for the VIN number over phone and checked the details. Made a 25 mile trek to her dealership, test drove the vehicle, executed on the price that she gave over phone and signed the papers that night. Susanna is the answer to the threats (to brick and mortar dealers) from the internet direct selling models such as Carvana. She is direct and knows what the customer wants. Susanna didn't try to upsell anything. She was friendly as well. I highly recommend her. More
