Easy and guilt free I started my car buying journey with Luis, and I have to say I’m glad It was him. I first came in about a little over a month ago to just test drive t I started my car buying journey with Luis, and I have to say I’m glad It was him. I first came in about a little over a month ago to just test drive the car I had in mind. Luis wasn’t pushy or uncomfortable to deal with he simply was there for the ride. I kept harassing him with questions and he was always willing to answer them and try his best. About a month later I decided I was ready, which was the most important part to me is feeling I was ready without a pushy sales person telling me I was. I set up an appointment on a busy day for Luis but he helped me with no problems. My boyfriend was so impressed with his persona that he’s thinking of going back for his car with Luis. I then dealt with the finance manager Mr.Wong, which was also really nice. Of course they have to do their job and give you the whole spill but I didn’t feel pressured he respected my boundaries when I said no thank you. I really appreciated that. Everything was quick and painless, so much that I didn’t even realize I could be done in a few short hours. My car was given to me all pretty and sparkly and honestly the experience itself was great, and I think it was because of the people helping me. So thank you Luis and Frankie for your assistance in purchasing my car. You do your job without the discomfort of dealing with the typical salesmen. Overall 5 stars. More
