BUYER BEWARE this dealership uses sleazy tactics and cheats customers. Hands down my worst car buying experience in 30 years. Internet sales manager Did not disclose during negotiation that additional After customers. Hands down my worst car buying experience in 30 years. Internet sales manager Did not disclose during negotiation that additional Aftermarket Alarm system was installed in the vehicle. Finance manager Frank Wong manipulated me during the financing process into buying the alarm system, and some windscreen insurance. Started playing games after agreeing to refund the money. During sales they were going to leave the system in and deactivate. After agreeing to refund they instead started demanding I let them take out the Alarm system and would not tell me any details.
