I kind of dreaded going to a different car dealership, but I had to go, because my daughter wanted a Honda as her first car. We were greeted by a smiling salesman named Brian Chen. Turns out he smiles and made us smile as well. He was happy to spend as much time as we felt necessary to find the best car in our budget with my daughter's needs in mind. He accommodated everyone in our party: offering water, coffee, and sweets. He made sure all 5 of us had a chair to sit on as we moved from one department to the next. He took time showing our daughter what made a certain model better than the other and allowed us to make our choice without pressure. After a very short period of time, my daughter drove off with a Honda Accord EX confident that we made a well informed purchase. Brian is an excellent salesman who made us feel like a friend helped us out that day. He is one of the reasons why Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos is the number one dealership in the world.
