I visited Norm Reeves Cerritos 2 times before I bought my vehicle and each time the salesmen were very helpful and not pushy. My third visit was with Mike Faraj. He was super helpful, knowledgeable and very patient. He looked at a bunch of cars with me until I found what he was looking for. He even came to work early the next day to assist me with a few more things regarding the vehicle. He also gave me a follow up call a few days later. Now that’s good customer service! He went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. I seriously appreciated his honesty, time and attention to what I needed. Needless to say I was quite satisfied with the vehicle, the price, the customer service and the whole experience. More
