She was honest and made our buying experience fantastic from start to finish as she truly listened to our requests. The next day I made an appointment to meet Susanna and look at the car. I found it to be everything as was advertised on-line and described by Susanna. My wife was unable to come to see it on that day, so we both came back to finish the paperwork and pick up the car the next day. Due to our plans, we couldn't get there until 9:15pm and Susanna waited well past our initial expected arrival to greet us and then made sure to go over the technology on the car, got our phones connected to Bluetooth and got us settled into our car.
