She first giving me a price quote and then following up with me to see when I was available to drop in for a test drive. After shopping online for a couple days already, I advised Christy if she would be able to beat other competitors and she told me she could which prompted me to drop in for a visit. After test driving it, we worked out the numbers and she kept true to her word that she was able to beat the price of other competitors which she did. Not only was she friendly and helpful but she made sure I was taken care of. She went above and beyond to contact me after my car purchase to see that everything worked out fine with the vehicle I bought. She even tried to help me resolve my financing issue in which it still has not been resolved but hope it will soon.
