They weren't really flexible nor willing to work with me, so for some reason something told me to try CERRITOS , Irvine assured me that I would be getting the same deal their since they're brother and sister dealers. Moises was definitely Sun in my day! After spending my entire day with him I almost adopted him as a family member. Let's not forget Dan, he said tell what they offered what your looking for get it to me on paper and I'll beat it. And boy did he do that and some without Moises and Dan I would still be uber if and lyftibg my life away. Their customer service was amazing. Car Purchase I was nervous because I was going to inquiry "only" about how can I purchase a car if I didn't have a down payment at the moment. The sales rep. was magnificent with all of the doubts and concerns I had. Answered all of my questions precisely and with awesome sense of humor (which I like very much). At the beginning I didn't think I was going to bond with him, but we did! He was so great.......that I told him since the first time that I wanted a burgundy car. I was initially going for a civic, but he convince me to go for an accord. But the best part is that this car was sold out almost everywhere, but Billy, oh Lord please bless Billy, he found one in West Covina. I waited a longgggg time for him to go pick it up, but he did it, he not only found it, but brought it to me to Cerritos. That right there is Customer Satisfaction!!! The finance guy was also pretty awesome!!! I love their sense of humor.....definitely made a difference. More
