We were instantly greeted by Devon, and he immediately directly guided us to what we came for-used Civics. He explained the differences in the years and let us take our time. I really appreciated that he didn't try to update us into something we couldn't afford. Financing was also very fast and stress free. We were also satisfied with the amount we got for our trade in. We went to Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos to see Kash who sold us our CR-V four years ago. He took his time and shows us all the different models and explained the differences in prices, gas mileage, performance and options as we test drove. My wife and I could not agree between the Accord EXL or Sport model. Kash told us to go to lunch and talk it over. He was right! When we came back we agreed on the EXL which suits our family the best. Our teenage son is getting his license soon and we'll be back to get our fourth Honda. And then again Kash would be the man!
