Going to the dealership I had my mind set on a certified pre-owned Accord Sport. I had just finished visiting Buena Park Honda and they couldn't help me. As Darrell and I walked over to look at the cars I explained my situation. He showed me a 2015 for $20k and he said he had no problem putting me in that car but he could do me one better and put me into a new 2017 Accord Sport at 1.9% Honda Financing for only $1000 more. Being sceptical I told him my credit situation and how I was upside down on my current car He understood and educated me on my options. After our brief conversation I was sold on buying a new car. They paid off my old car and the payment and finance was exactly what I wanted. The process was streamless and I was a reborn car buyer not afraid to come to a car dealership (as long as it is Norm Reeves). Not only has Norm Reeves received a customer for life so did Darrell. I will be telling everyone about my experience and will be back next year to by my wife a new Civic. Norm Reeves... Don't loose this guy. He is an asset to your company. More
