I just had a wonderful experience; I bought a new car at an auto dealership. In over 50 years of purchasing vehicles from auto dealerships, up until this week, I never thought that I would put those two sta an auto dealership. This past Monday, my first-time visit to Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos CA, I finalized the purchase of a 2012 Honda Odyssey Touring Elite mini-van for my daughter and son-in-law with the assistance of sales person Rich Fisler, with whom my daughter had been in email contact. Not only was the out-the-door vehicle price Rich arranged truly exceptional, so was his service and manner. Based upon my past encounters with sales and support personal at other auto dealerships, I have learned to always be on my guard waiting for the here-it-comes moment. At Norm Reeves Honda, it never came. The whole car buying process handled by Rich from start to finish, including working with Finance Manager, Frank Wong, was painless, transparent and actually pleasurable. After we finished the paperwork and paid for the mini-van, Rich was waiting to answer any last minute questions and to help my daughter and her husband adjust some of the Odyssey's various settings as well as pair it with their cell phones. As we prepared to drive home, Rich reminded us that we had his mobile number should we need to contact him in the future for any reason. My experience at Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos CA is now my gold standard by which all my future vehicle purchases from auto dealerships will be judged. More

As I was searching for a vehicle, I ran into a customer who bought a car from Herb Ratcliff and she expresse salesmen were all very nice and helpful. George Habib helped our family out, greatly. He wasn't pushy like previous car dealers we've ran into. Also with a great attitude and quick pace, he made sure to give us 100% customer satisfaction! Rafael Massen was one of if not the best salesman that ive met yet. He kept me confident, and he really gave me encouragement! He was not at all Pushy and he made sense and was consistent through the whole sale. Even when I got a lil discouraged he told me to put a smile on my face! :) The fact that he believed in God, and prayed for me and my experience, only hoping to help me was the BEST PART of it all! Rich was very friendly and low key which made us feel at ease from the start. He showed us anything we wanted to see and made sure we knew what was going on throughout the many steps that come in buying a ease from the start. Avery in finance was very nice and got all the paperwork prepared in a very quick manner. He was not pushy when it came to the "extras" that are always offered (and what I expected). When I said, "No, thank you", he moved on. All in all, a very pleasant shopping experience. I would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone! I bought my Civic there 14 years ago and am happy to have bought my new car from them as well. More
