Norm Reeves Honda Superstore Cerritos

We purchased our 2011 Pilot from Tom and Lore Simons last Saturday (8/6) and my wife decided that she wanted the 2nd row seat covers (we have two small boys). I did some research on the eHonda store on Frida Saturday (8/6) and my wife decided that she wanted the 2nd row seat covers (we have two small boys). I did some research on the eHonda store on Friday and then called around to see who had the seat covers. The two local Honda dealers near Costa Mesa where I live, did not have them in stock. I called Norm Reeves next and received their typically excellent service. I spoke with Ramon, the parts manager who informed me that he did have one in stock but, before holding it for me, went and checked to be sure it was new and not a return. He then put it out by the front desk with my name on it so that I could pick it up this morning (Saturday). The price they gave me was outstanding, as was their service when I stopped by this morning. Thanks again, Norm Reeves Honda for having such great customer service and excellent prices. More

We're SoCal Auto Club members and have bought from Tom and Lore Simons previously using the Auto Club buying program. I went to this dealership for the first time to possibly buy a car. The salesman, Mazen, was so nice, helpful and so patient with me that I actually bought a honda accord. My mom initially called Cerritos Honda and made an appointment with Mr. Mark Nelson, It's safe to say this was the best car buying experience ever. My mom initially called Cerritos Honda and made an appointment with Mr. Nelson. He assured her that he would do everything in his power to help us. And that he did. We came in a couple days later just to "look around". I wanted to get the new Honda Cr-Z so bad but my mom said it was not possible. As we were working out the numbers it at first looked dim because our trade-in was very upsidedown. Mark tried his hardest to get the payments just where we wanted it. He came back after talking to the financier and said I was the new owner of a CR-Z!! This guy is amazing. I know if we went anywhere else this would not have happined.
