Best price, no hassle. Ted Suh was very straight forward, friendly, and caring. Although, he couldn't get the interior color that we wanted but he was not forcing us to choose what was there in the forward, friendly, and caring. I went to many dealerships to buy a used car but wasnt I went to many dealerships to buy a used car but wasnt satisfied with the prices/service and was usually was not the one car i was looking for it ha I went to many dealerships to buy a used car but wasnt satisfied with the prices/service and was usually was not the one car i was looking for it had probs. So i made a trip and droped by Norm Reves Honda to see what used cars they had and met shawn who was a really friendly guy and helped me find a used car with the features i liked . I was really satisfied with his customer service and how he worked with me with my payments. I would definetly would reffer him to my realitives friends He has reallly made my car buying experience better i felt really comfortable with this car . More

I had went to the dealer with the intention of only looking and right away we were helped. He was very descriptive and helpful in every aspect and it turned out that I bought a car without going anywhe looking and right away we were helped. When no other options were left for me, the associate came up with an program that allowed me to drive out of the dealer with a brand new 2011 accord. I just purchased a care yesterday from here and worked with Martin. VERY FRIENDLY!! Offered coffee and tea several times since it was a cold night. I had just left West Covina Honda and was treated very b with Martin. VERY FRIENDLY!! Offered coffee and tea several times since it was a cold night. I had just left West Covina Honda and was treated very badly! I walked in at 9:30 pm even though they close at 10 pm and was still treated like the 1st customer of the day. They worked with my credit and income and still put me in a great 2010 car! And I drove out in with a new car last night by 11:00 pm. I would recommend this place over and over again!
