I was referred to Norm Reeves Cerritos Honda, specifically Tony DiMarzo, by a recent Honda Accord buyer. I am happy to report that I left completely satisfied with my new car purchase. I was very surprised to get the car that I really wanted, because of my credit situation. Tony was very easy going and has that "let's help the customer" attitude. He even came in to close the deal on his day off, and eventhough he was feeling under the weather, he was there to help me. Although there was a small caveat, due to my credit challenges, the guys went above and beyond to make my deal happen. The effort and time they took to make it all work, made this entire experience well worth it. Gen, the sales manager was able to answer some questions I had when Tony was off, and Murat and Rich, the finance guys were fast, thorough, and clear. Thank you guys very much! More

In normal circumstances I would not take the time to write a review for a dealership, but I made an exception for Norm Reeves's Jojo Bayas. Jojo was upfront and honest with me from the beginning. He didn't try to sell me a car I didn't want just because it would be easier to finance or lease.. I had been to a few other honda dealerships in the area and their insistence for me to settle for a fit or civic was already getting frustrating. Jojo really went out of his way to make sure I was happy with every aspect of my deal and car. I had the feeling that Jojo was the type of salesman who genuinely enjoyed going out of his way for the customer. At no moment did I ever stop and think about whether or not he had alternative motives. Bottom line... Jojo impressed me with his knowledge and experience and I would not hesitate sending any of my family or friends to see him for a deal. Thank you Norm Reeves! I love my new CR-Z. More
