Ali Ali took time to go over every detail of the vehicle and made sure everything was perfect before we drove off the lot. Mike Porter was true to his word, and Michael Choi made the financial transaction quick and easy. When you go in, ask for Ali. He's the best! Buying a car is normally one of the most stressful activities we participate in, and this was so stress-free, we actually "enjoyed" the experience. Run, don't walk, to Norm Reeves, Cerritos. Kevin Harris, the internet sales manager My husband and I usually dread buying a new car. We were very happy with our experience at Norm Reeves Honda. Kevin Harris, the internet sales manager, was very friendly and helpful with the purchase of our new 2016 Pilot! He told us the purchase price of the car up front; there was no going back and forth to get a better price from the sales manager. What a relief! He was very knowledgeable about the Pilot and was able to educate us on all of the many features. He called us at home the next day to see if we had any questions and stated that he was always available if we have any concerns or questions. Harvey Knell, in finance, was also very personable and made the pile of paperwork easy to navigate. We appreciate our car buying experience and highly recommend this dealership. More
