Fast and easy Ibrahim is a great salesman to work with. Before I met Ibrahim, other salesmen from different dealerships would have me wait for more than 30 minutes Ibrahim is a great salesman to work with. Before I met Ibrahim, other salesmen from different dealerships would have me wait for more than 30 minutes after giving them my in tial offer, and to make matters worse I could see them joking amongst the other salesmen. Ibrahim is the complete opposite of that. All of his attention was focused on the sale and made sure my time was not wasted. I left the dealership in less than an hour with the car and price I wanted. On top of that Ibrahim filled my car's gas tank again when I came back to drop off a check. We test drove the car and then were given numbers for the cost to lease it. After leaving, we changed our minds and were interested in a different car model. We just called our sales rep and he gave us numbers over the phone. We didn't have to wait around for a long time and didn't have to haggle with the sales rep. Everything was on the up and up and done well. When we went in to purchase the car, Kevin Harris helped us quickly and made sure we were aware of everything the car had to offer. We left that week because we were still deciding about the car and how to pay for it with the pricing that was given to us to pay monthly because we just bought a Toyota Highlander 2016 this year. Now we would be paying for two new cars in one year. He did everything he can to get us to a pricing that would help us make the payment easier. Mr. Kan You is a wonderful sales man!
