Again, he made the process SO enjoyable and easy. He always answered my questions with a direct answer, not how some people dance around the answer and try to point out something else. His calm mannerisms help ease the stress of the experience as well. I was happy to go back a second time and meet with Jose again. I'm sure there will a 3rd in our future. More
