Awesome Experience 1st time Honda Buyer (NORM REEVES HONDA Cerritos), and i can attest that this by far was the smoothest and headache free transaction compared to my pa 1st time Honda Buyer (NORM REEVES HONDA Cerritos), and i can attest that this by far was the smoothest and headache free transaction compared to my past transacrions with other dealerships. Jorge Ruiz....our salesman was prompt in answering any of our questions, also Frank Wong from finance made it more flawless and easy transaction. We were not pressured, or feel pressured in purchasing the vehicle. We have been to other dealerships in the past where we stayed and kept for hours negotiating, that was not the case here. Great Energy! I went in last month to buy the 2016 civic. It was my first dealership purchase. The service was great and Brian was quick to help me out despite being busy on a saturday afternoon. Brian was so nice, high energy, and very respectful to my parents who were with me. He worked with us on our budget, which was great! The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is that I wish he would've spent more time explaining what colors the car came in. My heart was set on a black interior but I was under the assumption that the base model only came in grey or tan so I was disappointed when I found out that the Dark chrome cars came with black interior. I was also frustrated with the financing dept. Since it was my first purchase, I was getting confused with some of the info and the rep that helped me seemed to not have patience with me. Overall, I think Brian's high energy is what made my experience a more positive one. More
