I looked all around Southern California for a competent Honda dealer that was certified in and knowledgable about the Honda Civic GX CNG (compressed natural gas) car. This is the place. Richie Richardson and everyone at Norm Reeves answered all my questions and really made my car buying experience great. I had visited ~7 dealerships before coming to this facility. The overall price for the car was good (if I had shopped around for awhile more I probably could have saved a few dollars) but I was more than happy to pay the small difference for the service I received. I had actually visited the Norm Reeves store in West Covina the day before and walked away without purchasing a car. The price actually didn't change but my experience was a 360 when I came and spoke with Kevin. Purchasing a new car can be very stressful and Kevin made it comfortable and pleasant. He also explained everything I needed to know about the payments of my car and even helped break down the best way to pay off my car with the littlest amount of interests applied.
