From the time we stepped onto the lot until the deal was closed, our experience with Norm Reeves Honda of Cerritos was a pleasant experience. We feel the price was right, and the terms were tailored to fit our budget. We would definitely recommend Tony and Norm Reeves Honda. More

Norm Reeves offers a good price, but their service is sloppy and inefficient. Timeliness: Terrible. I negotiated a price online, and had the color picked out before walking onto the lot. It still t sloppy and inefficient. Timeliness: Terrible. I negotiated a price online, and had the color picked out before walking onto the lot. It still took OVER FOUR HOURS to get my car. This is 4 hours from the time that I talk with the Internet salesman that I negotiated the price with, until the time that I drove off the lot. And the only reason it took 4 hours is because I talk the GM there that if I didn't see someone to pay for my car in the next 10 minutes, that I was going to the Honda dealership in Culver City. Quality: Brand new Honda Odyssey. DVD screen does not work. I'm typing this review at another Honda dealership so they can look at the DVD screen. Did I mention the Odyssey was brand new? As in 2 days brand new? I called Norm Reeves, and they asked me if I had put the DVD in the CD slot. Really? That's what you think is causing the problem? Give me a break. Shouldn't they have checked the DVD player during the FOUR HOURS that I waited? Honesty: This is minor, b/c I'm not sure if there was a genunine misunderstanding or if they did a bait and switch, but the morning that I was going to come in, I called to confirm that they had a 2010 Honda Odyssey, configured as we'd negotiated through the internet. I asked 2 questions, "So my price is $32,568? And I get 0% financing for up to $10,000?" The answer to both on the phone was "Yes." The answer at the dealership was "No, you either get the low price or the 0% financing." I asked what changed from that morning, and was told that was always their policy. I believe that is their policy, but I also believe that the person I spoke with on the phone deliberately lied to me about the policy to get me on the lot. Overall, an experience that made me blow my top a couple of times - especially when the DVD player didn't work, and their response was "Our best guess is that you're putting the DVD in the wrong slot." I told him i just want to look today and he said no problem and proceed explain to me how they do business at Norm Reeves Honda . After his explanation i was really comfortable with him and the dealership . After looking at there large inventory at a remote lot I found a Pilot that was for me .. This is our third purchase of a Honda Accord. Each and every purchase has been at Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos. Like all the other purchases we shopped around and ended at Norm Reeves. They always have a large selection to choose from with experienced sales people. When we made this 3rd purchase we were fortunate to have Kevin Harris as our salesman. No presure, just excellent knowledge of the car and In getting to know our needs. He worked with us then and continues to work with us now in checking to see if we are enjoying the car we purchased which is YES we continue to enjoy this car every time we use it. Thank you Kevin and thank you Norm Reeves. 30 years, 3 cars, first two had 300,000+ miles and we know this third will do the same. That's realibility. By the way, we stll have the 2nd Honda just more miles and hard to let it go. More

I was turned down by Honda dealership in Santa Fe Springs, so I went in with a negative feeling to Cerritos. I thought all Honda dealers were the same, but not Cerritos, Jackie treated me wonderful Springs, so I went in with a negative feeling to Cerritos. I thought all Honda dealers were the same, but not Cerritos, Jackie treated me wonderful and gave me encouragement! She worked with me on a monthy payment amount and was able to offer me what I could afford. She got my credit approved which I was most concerned about. Best customer service Dealer! Reasonable price! But the only bad things are a brand new 2010 Odyssey has a few scratches on rear bumper cover, liftgate, and carelessly buff from the cleanup person/detailer only bad things are a brand new 2010 Odyssey has a few scratches on rear bumper cover, liftgate, and carelessly buff from the cleanup person/detailer who had damaged and burned the L and R Slide Door Black Texture Moulding.
