Sebastian Kavoosi is your man! Had been shopping around online for months getting ready to buy my new car so I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. Walked onto the lot at Norm Had been shopping around online for months getting ready to buy my new car so I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. Walked onto the lot at Norm Reeves with every intention of walking away if I couldn't get what I needed. Sebastian greeted me and continued to exceed every expectation I had by taking his time showing me around and getting to know me and what I needed. After a couple test drives we sat at his desk to hash out the details and while car buying can be a pain this experience was the complete opposite. Sebastian was understanding and never pushy. He was confident in his abilities to get me what I needed but wasn't going to by annoying if I couldn't come to a decision right away. All in all, the most pleasant sales experience of my life and I have Sebastian to thank for it! More

After a long day looking at different Honda dealers around in Socal, none of the Honda sales representatives from Honda world, Diamond Honda, etc, were helpful nor did they want to even try looking on their computers or help me search a vehicle on their lots that were at least similar to what I was looking for. I didn't really want to keep going to different Honda dealers because it did get exhausting going from one to another and also the sales guys not making the search better for me, but Norm Reeves was my last shoot so I went. Guess what I bought and drove off with a brand new vehicle that same day, which I wasn't even planning to purchase one that same day. But with the great customer and a super friendly chill guy that was Alex, he gave the time and put so much effort to help me search there in the lot and even in the system; spending pretty much all day with us finding the right price and of course the right car that suits me, I was beyond happy and excited when I bought my new and it's all thanks to Mr. Delgadillo!
