Smitten After the Test Drive Prior to making my visit to Norm Reeves Cerritos, I created an excel sheet comparing quotes of the Civic in (SE & EX) trims at all the local Honda dea Prior to making my visit to Norm Reeves Cerritos, I created an excel sheet comparing quotes of the Civic in (SE & EX) trims at all the local Honda dealers, not expecting to have the budget for a Civic EX-L. Rene Baltazar was quick to respond to my internet inquiries and follow up with a phone call of what cars he could show me. When my fiance and I arrived at our last minute appointment, Rene smiled at us and asked if I would be interested in looking the year-end model of the Civic EX-L (the civic with all the bells and whistles). I agreed and hopped into the driver seat. I was in love! We decided to stop looking at the newer model Civics and go back to the office to talk the numbers. Rene was able to find probably one of the last remaining (Crystal Black Pearl with black leather interior) in stock in the Long Beach/Orange County region. The leftover inventory of 2014 were mostly LX trims. We worked the numbers and it ended up costly almost the same as a new 2015 Civic SE. I knew I had to buy the car that day and I don't regret it! Rene was very accomodating through the entire process. He even made sure my car was washed after a rainy day. I recommend going with Rene in Internet Sales to skip the haggling with other sales representative. He gets an extra star for believing in the product and owning a Honda for his personal car! More

Quick and dirty Kevin Harris and Feras assisted me in buying my Honda pilot. They were both awesome. I explained to Feras what I wanted and he delivered just that.
