I went into the dealership with my mother and Susanna Yim was our dealer. She was great! She spoke Korean with my mom making it a lot easier for her to understand what is going on. 13 years ago I bought my first Honda from Norm Reeves and I went back 13 years later (almost to the day) to purchase another car. I inquired online about a 2013 Honda Pilot and was contacted by Pablo Cordova I went back 13 years later (almost to the day) to purchase another car. I inquired online about a 2013 Honda Pilot and was contacted by Pablo Cordova. Since I couldn't come in until the Wednesday before Thanksgiving Pablo put me in contact with one of his Internet Sales team members, Kendra Black. Kendra was amazing!! We went for a test drive, came back, and she worked out an amazing deal! As I was hesitant to purchase a new car and let go of my reliable Honda Civic (which really needed to be replaced, even though it could have surpassed it's 201,000 miles) I drove off the lot with a brand new Honda Pilot. As I drove home, I noticed that the car wasn't running smooth and that something was wrong, heartbroken, my car had to sit in the garage on Thanksgiving. I sent an email to Kendra, Pablo, the GM, the Customer Service Manager Terry Benn, and Frank Wong in Finance (who actually did the paperwork). I explained the problems I had with the car and that I was bringing it in for servicing Friday morning. First thing Friday morning I received a reply from Terry Benn!! From that point on I was well taken care of by the Norm Reeves Superstore family!!! Long story short, it was discovered that there was a malfunction with the car that had nothing to do with Norm Reeves and that it needed to go back to the manufacturing plant. EVERYONE helped me and checked on me to make sure that I was taken care of that Black Friday morning. I drove off of the lot that time feeling secure and safe that the new car that replaced the other car was just fine. I have even received a call from Pablo checking to make sure that everything is going well a month later. I love Norm Reeves Honda Superstore and have referred everyone I know there. I come from a Honda family and my family and I have been getting our cars serviced there for years. My husband even said that he wished he would have taken my advice when he bought his Accord and now he knows why I keep going back. Thank you Pablo, Kendra, Frank, and especially Terry for all you did!!! More
