Norm Reeves Service is Top-Notch Almost every time I call for service, I'm greeted professionally on the telephone by someone who does his/her best to see that I can be scheduled as q Almost every time I call for service, I'm greeted professionally on the telephone by someone who does his/her best to see that I can be scheduled as quickly as possible. There have been rare exceptions with the staff's willingness to be helpful. This particular visit was worrisome because it was before the Thanksgiving holiday and the service center usually is hard-pressed to find available times as every customer wants his/her vehicle in tip-top" shape for family visits and vehicle reliability. No problem in my case, as Ricardo was polite and understood the smaller nature of my service need when he answered my phone call. I showed on time for my appointment the next day and was again "processed" through the service entrance with efficiency and courtesy. A female (Kim?) then took over at the service desk to explain the work and approximate charges before sending me on my way to wait, and had me back at the desk to pay for my service in a very respectable time frame given the holiday crush.
