The wait was horrible, I waited over 3 hours for an oil change ONLY, and that was only because they decided to check in with one of technicians to ask how much longer my car was going to take to be ready. change ONLY, and that was only because they decided to check in with one of technicians to ask how much longer my car was going to take to be ready. When I approached the technician, he went to go ask the guys working on my car and apparently they already had my car ready since I don’t know when and they just had me waiting. I understand they get busy, however they need to be more attentive to the customers. I also noticed a lot of staff in the auto shop just playing around and talking to each other which did not give a good impression. More
I HAD NADE AN APPOINTMENT JUST FOR TIRE ROTATION SINCE I HAD PURCHASED MY TIRES FROM YOUR ESTABLISHMENT. I HAD A 10;20AM APPOINTMENT AND ARRIVED A LITTLE EARLY. I WAITED FOR OVER THREE HOURS. I TRULY THOUG HAD PURCHASED MY TIRES FROM YOUR ESTABLISHMENT. I HAD A 10;20AM APPOINTMENT AND ARRIVED A LITTLE EARLY. I WAITED FOR OVER THREE HOURS. I TRULY THOUGHT IT WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE EXPEDITIOUS. AGAIN, I WAS WRONG. YOU DO HAVE ALOT OF PERSONNEL TO GREET YOU WHICH IS NICE, BUT THE TIME FOR SERVICE TURN AROUND WAS QUITE MORE THAN I ANTICIPATED. MAYBE IF I DIDN'T HAVE AN APPOINTMENT, I WOULDN'T HAVE HAD TO WIAT AS LONG FOR JUST A SIMPLE TIRE ROTATION. YIKES. MR. MICHAEL BARR MADE THE EXPERIENCE TOLERABLE. HE WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING AND SUPPORTIVE AND DID THE BEST HE COULD. HE SALVAGED WHAT MIGHT HAVE BEEN A TEETH GRINDING EPISODE. THANKS MIKE!!!!! More
