Service representative was outrageous. He represented fluids was changed. He flatly represented wrong. The fluids was totally empty. Also car was ready to pick up and I signaled him . He extended phone conversation more than 5 minutes and he picked up another phone call and kept going another 5 minutes. Very rude and outrageous punk. After phone call he said today is super busy. Certainly he could shorten up his phone conversation or many other ways to treat the customer. He needs a tracing and serious service education. Very rude outrageous service representative. Unbelievable. Such as great sore and such a great punk. More

I had attempted to contact someone from the department at least 7 times within a span of 2-3 months regarding my service claim and they would constantly tell me that a manager would get back to me but they n least 7 times within a span of 2-3 months regarding my service claim and they would constantly tell me that a manager would get back to me but they never did. Everytime I would call they would say the manager is not in but she will be back the next day. Service here is terrible, the manager needs to do a better job. More
