This service cebter used to be awesome. Its been a couple months since the service has really gone less than mediocre. I brought my car in 3 times due to an alert on dashboard about issues Its been a couple months since the service has really gone less than mediocre. I brought my car in 3 times due to an alert on dashboard about issues with air bags, they say its gixed but the light still comes on. Brought my car 2 times for alert on dashboard regarding tire pressure I was told the 1st time it needed air. Come to find out the 2nd time I needed new tires as the wires were sticking out. Mind u after the 1st time bringing it in I took a 4 hrs road trip. This could have been BAD. The prices are INSANE now as well. They take HOURS for a simple procedure lack of mecanics but have up to 7 guys all hanging out waiting to receive drivers and they are just standing there. More

The dealership offered a better deal than other dealerships. It did not push for getting packages or accessories. There wasn’t enough choices in the accord but settled with civic which has more choices and end up buying the civic according to style and preference. It was a busy day so the wait time was long but over with civic which has more choices and end up buying the civic according to style and preference. My 2024 CRV hybrid hit 10k miles yesterday and I was able to get an appointment today for routine maintenance. The service advisor (Aaron) told me I had complimentary oil and tire rotation, but also a rear d to get an appointment today for routine maintenance. The service advisor (Aaron) told me I had complimentary oil and tire rotation, but also a rear differential fluid replacement. That service is $130 and I was told if I did not do it, Honda could void any repairs if my cars transmission were to start having issues. They would see I declined this service and therefore not honor the manufacturers warranty. Funny thing is, I have 2 friends who own the same exact car. Same year, same model CRV Sport Hybrid. They also got their cars at Norm Reeves and also got their first service there too. I was informed by BOTH That NO differential fluid replacement was brought up. That they weren't told it was a must. It was not brought up whatsoever. So why does my same year, same model car @ 10,000 miles needs to have service done at a cost of $130?? Mind you the car was done and I still had to wait 45mns since no one tells you where to go and what to do. I get it's a busy Saturday, but it's a bit chaotic. First and last time I get my car serviced here. Same for my friends. I feel a like I was kind of upsold for a service my new car didn't need. Especially a brand new car. If the metal shavings were an issue (like in Toyota's, who has had to do a massive recall) in the Hondas why doesn't the manufacturer cover this service?? And More-so why didn't Honda make the owners aware?Again, big IF. Thank you for losing my business. More
