1st time come for service is very good, I guess because my car new at that moment. 2nd time visit nothing fix, parts is not onsite and they want me to come back another day. The service advisor should ask my car new at that moment. 2nd time visit nothing fix, parts is not onsite and they want me to come back another day. The service advisor should ask and order all the parts when they call me rather then wait until I get in the dealer on my appointment day, also no loaner provide. I bring my car in due to multiple recal and yet your dealer doesn't want to provide a loaner. How do u expect people to go to work. More
