The service center leaves a lot to be desired. If you are buying a car that has warranty keep in mind that this is a service center you'll use. I needed a lower control arm replaced on my Odyssey If you are buying a car that has warranty keep in mind that this is a service center you'll use. I needed a lower control arm replaced on my Odyssey and they told me it would take 4 to 6 days to complete. When I asked him why so long (every other service center said it was a couple hours to do this job) They told me they had to disassemble the entire suspension and put it back together and the fastest they could do such a huge job was 4 days but more likely 6. This was a service advisor saying this. I even asked her to ask the mechanics to be sure and they confirmed. Scary. More
