John Pena is too busy to offer quality customer service. You have to wait to talk to him. Then, once you can finally get helped, he has to answer other people's calls. And he rushes you through the check in process and acts inconvenienced if you have questions. For example, he tried to get me to sign a blank authorization to perform services without explaining the price for the repairs, including what was parts and what was labor. He doesn't call you to tell you that your car is done and he doesn't call you back if you call to check on the status of your vehicle. Then, once your vehicle is done, he is no where to be found. He doesn't explain how to check out or whether all of the work is complete. In fact, I asked why my multipoint inspection wasn't done and he argued with me rather than trying to resolve the matter. Likewise, the cashiers cannot be bothered to offer any customer service. They do not greet you nor do they offer to remedy any of your complaints. I was stranded once because no one explained to me that the shuttle stops running at 4pm. When I complained, I was told I should have read the random small print on the sign-up clip board. This dealership does not care about its customers. It hires people who are offended when asked to do their jobs and there is no system in place to remedy the matter. I will never return. More
