As always, I got excellent service. Justin is very good at explaining why things need to be done, and how much they will cost. I also enjoyed the remodeled service center -- the comfy chairs and the BIG at explaining why things need to be done, and how much they will cost. Got to see part of the new President's inauguration, but the sound was modulated, so I was also able to read my newspaper as well.
