Service department personal in the office did their job fine, but whatever technician worked on my truck took the lazy route. My wiper fluid was not checked or filled, my tires were not checked, I left wit fine, but whatever technician worked on my truck took the lazy route. My wiper fluid was not checked or filled, my tires were not checked, I left with a tire pressure light on... my driveshafts were not greased, my maintenance required reminder light was not reset. I asked and paid for a " service" and all I got was an oil change. They didn't even check my cabin air filter, and as I drove off, it deteriorated down into the fan, and I spent 3 hours cleaning it out so it didn't sound like a prop airplane. I even paid for a few missing bolts last time I was in, and I only received half of them... I still have missing bolts under my engine where the vehicle has been serviced. The service rep that works at the computer told me everything was checked, though it wasn't, but I feel like he was lied to by the technicians. I mean what do I even have to do to get a shop to service my truck properly??? I paid for a front mud flap, and an antenna shroud, those were installed correctly, but the whole "service" must have taken 3 and a half hours with barely anyone there. This wait time MUST be cut down, especially if you're not even going to check anything on the vehicles, and I'm pretty sure I will be finding another dealer to work on my truck even though THIS IS WHERE I BOUGHT MY TRUCK?!?!?! More

When arrived it took 5 min for someone to help when I sit down, no coffee no refreshing no anything was awful. It took them 25 to 30 minutes just for an oil change that they didn’t do first. This is our second Toyota from this dealership and 15 years with our excellent service rep Shelly. We were thrilled to meet new car sales rep Luis Santos. Professional, patient,knowledgeable, friendly, personal in every way. It's very hard to fine superior sales representation in America now...BUT Luis breaks that mold! We found him available before AND after the sale!!! How nice is that! We so appreciate Luis and will certainly refer our family and friends to Norm Reeves! Hats off to all at Norm Reeves! More
A supposedly 45 minute battery recall item took well over 3 hours to complete. Bad communication to the customer about the issues and problems causing the delay.
