Did the first repair of defective engine harness wires pretty well as a replacement harness is not currently available from Ford. but while they had the harness apart they caused a charging system fault t pretty well as a replacement harness is not currently available from Ford. but while they had the harness apart they caused a charging system fault that I didn’t have before their service. Ask them to repair a wire that I thought was causing the fault. Was told it wasn’t the wire at fault and said it was the alternator. Talked me into a new alternator. Picked up my truck and after about two miles the same charging system fault came up again. Got home, opened up the engine harness that had been previously repaired, found and repaired the faulty signal wire in the harness, cleared the codes and problem is now gone. More
