Nice enough folks, but fix the problem! I've got a Ford Fusion hybrid that I'm scheduled to have serviced for the third time in just a couple weeks for the same problem. I keep getting a "blind spot fault" once I leave the lot. I've left the vehicle with them - and am glad that this time, they offered me a car to use because I've left my car overnight there twice because my schedule wouldn't allow me to come back the same day - and it is very inconvenient to be without a car. Hoping that the next attempt to resolve the problem will be the last try! More

They even submitted the Ford rebate for getting a "Works" package on my behalf! More
