The easiest car experience I’ve had. I researched a few different SUVs to get an understanding of what each SUV had to offer. After doing research I reached out to a few dealerships to find out pricing/fees etc and North End was on top of it out of everyone. They answered all my questions before I even step foot at the dealership! The only number I was unsure of was my Trade in. Once I got there, the process was streamline. I test drove. Talked numbers and we came to an agreement. I never felt pressured or rushed. We were both upfront and it truly made the process so easy. I would like to thank Nick for an awesome job! I actually enjoyed my time there, as those days usually last so long. I highly recommend coming to this dealership! They actually listen and care about their customers! I brought my vehicle in for any oil change. There was a special for $69.99. The special would not register when I went online to schedule the service. So I called. I explained to the person There was a special for $69.99. The special would not register when I went online to schedule the service. So I called. I explained to the person about my inability to schedule the service with the special. She said just show them the coupon when I arrived. Well they charged me a $142.xx for the oil change. Their reasoning is that the CX-90 uses more than 5 quarts of oil. It uses 6.3 quarts. That is 100% xx to get charged double for 1.3 quarts of oil. It took them 1 1/2 hrs to change my oil. There was only one other person in the waiting area besides myself. Also, every time I've taken my SUV in for service they have washed my vehicle. Well it didn't get washed either. If the service department was up front and honest with me when I went to schedule the oil change, I could have gotten it done at an express lube place and paid to have my car washed for less money.
