He offered competitive pricing, but more importantly he offered exceptional customer service. He would always answer any questions I had, and was completely transparent about pricing and everything else. We ran into some trouble with registering my car because of VT registration laws, so Mark ended up having my car delivered to my door!! Mark is an honest, friendly and knowledgeable salesman and I would definitely recommend him 110%. More

Mark Atkinson knew exactly what I wanted in a car and was able to show me something that fit all of my needs and still stayed directly within my price range. Even though I came in without giving him much warning and he had other customers to speak to; I felt comfortable knowing that if I had any questions they would be answered quickly and honestly. Mark went out of his way to make the car buying process easy with his friendly attitude and expert knowledge. Between his efforts and the hard work and expertise of Jason Cote in finance; I was able to get through the whole process and leave the lot with my new vehicle in record time. North End Mazda Keeps Bringing Us Back We had already had two Mazda 5's and one Mazda 3 and I was ready for a change. It was so easy to trade in my Mazda 5 and have Mark A. help me find so We had already had two Mazda 5's and one Mazda 3 and I was ready for a change. It was so easy to trade in my Mazda 5 and have Mark A. help me find something that worked for our family. We no longer needed the extra seating the Mazda 5 gave us but I liked the high ride and sporty feel the CX-5 offered. Matt from service made sure our bike rack fit the new car and everyone answered any questions we had. No hassle, no pressure and I felt confident that we were in the right hands. This is our third car from North End Mazda and we will keep coming back! More

Mark Atkinson was our sales person - he was friendly, casual and informative. He didn't hover, like some car salespeople do, allowed my husband and I to confer and make our choice, but always available if I had any questions. Any interaction I had with the other people there was very pleasant - nice, friendly people. No pressure. I'd purchase from them again in a heartbeat. Jason, the finance person, was efficient and friendly. There was another person who was also helpful, forgot his name, but he handled the paperwork. Glowing review, all in all. More
What a shame.. I came down looking specifically for a Madza 3 that I had done some fair amount of research on before heading down. When I got there Ivan was professi I came down looking specifically for a Madza 3 that I had done some fair amount of research on before heading down. When I got there Ivan was professional and very courteous. I told him exactly what I wanted and exactly what I was looking for and within minutes he was happy to help me get the car that I was looking for. Unfortunately, after minutes of searching he was told that the car I was looking for had already been gone and out for a test drive with another customer and basically sold. He then suggested two cars that were about the same price and style that I was looking for. Overall he was very pleasant and very apologetic. The reason why I rate the price and the overall experience so horribly was because the 2011 Madza 3 was priced 2 grand less and had 10000 less miles than the car that became my second choice which was a 2010 Madza that was kind of beat up for $15g price tag. The general manager not only didn't even come to talk to me about changing the price, but he didn't even acknowledge my presence as he was "too busy". I would have come back for the car but after thinking about what a joke the price was and after Ivan had suggested I hop into a new car, I figure with the lack of interest I received from the sales manager I wouldn't get more respect coming back the second time around. Kudos to Ivan for his great attitude and his professionalism. It's a shame he doesn't work for somewhere where they show a little more courtesy to the customers. More
