My vehicle arrived at 10am, I arrived myself at 3pm and the service said it would take about an hour, but hadn't even begun yet. I spoke with Matthew and he was very uncooperative and honestly made me feel the service said it would take about an hour, but hadn't even begun yet. I spoke with Matthew and he was very uncooperative and honestly made me feel dumb for asking simple questions. He kept interrupting me and it was really difficult to try and get my vehicle fixed. Collette, was able to answer all of my questions in less than two minutes, and she was so helpful. Secondly, my vehicle's module was fixed. As I was driving home, I noticed that my horn was not reconnected, this is extremely dangerous and I can't believe it. Once I came home, I checked under my hood and noticed all of the plastic casing surrounding my battery was not attached. The next day I returned to fix these problems, however, Matthew was extremely defensive and quite rude. He was not willing to get us any help, just "come back tomorrow, Collette is in". I was not about to leave without my horn being fixed, and running the risk of getting in an accident, how does a dealership allow that?! Then Matthew lied to us. He said that the mechanic that worked on my car was not here. Then 2 minutes later he walks out with the mechanic, ready to fix my problem. The mechanic was apologetic towards his performance and was able to work well with him. Overall, my time there was quite unpleasant, I understand there are a lot of moving parts, but the one individual that was supposed to help us ended up making it much more difficult, and makes me not want to return. More
