Fast and efficient service when I came in for my 5k maintenance on my new car. I brought my vehicle in for any oil change. There was a special for $69.99. The special would not register when I went online to schedule the service. So I called. I explained to the person about my inability to schedule the service with the special. She said just show them the coupon when I arrived. Well they charged me a $142.xx for the oil change. Their reasoning is that the CX-90 uses more than 5 quarts of oil. It uses 6.3 quarts. That is 100% xx to get charged double for 1.3 quarts of oil. It took them 1 1/2 hrs to change my oil. There was only one other person in the waiting area besides myself. Also, every time I've taken my SUV in for service they have washed my vehicle. Well it didn't get washed either. If the service department was up front and honest with me when I went to schedule the oil change, I could have gotten it done at an express lube place and paid to have my car washed for less money.
