Overall good communication and appropriate service given the circumstances of my transmission issue. However I was not satisfied with the fact that the missing dowl PIN in the manual transmission linkage al the circumstances of my transmission issue. However I was not satisfied with the fact that the missing dowl PIN in the manual transmission linkage along with the transmission itself, due to missing PIN not found, was not replaced at Mazda's expense. The car is in excellent condition with less than 60K miles so it should have been covered. However Mazda NA HQ was not helpful and put the local dealership in a bad position. Otherwise, I would have given dealership service center a higher rating. Collette did and excellent job of keeping me informed of the situation with my Mazda 3. More
