Best dealership experience! I bought my first car from North End Subaru. But when I got to North End Subaru, I was welcomed inside, and when it came time to test drive the car, I was given space and time to really see how I felt about it. And, even when I came back, there was no pressure whatsoever. I ended up loving the car. Frank was the salesman who worked with me and he was clear with everything- the numbers, all of the details of the car, and the services available to me upon making my purchase. Everyone there was extremely personable and understanding that buying a car can be extremely stressful at times, and because of this they made everything quick and easy and clear for me. I was not stressed, and I was able to leave with the certainty that I knew what was and would be going on between me and the dealership until I brought my new car home. I live more than an hour away from their location in Lunenburg and it was VERY much worth the drive for everything I got. Frank made my whole family feel completely comfortable and even eager to come back. HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a good deal on a car and 5/5 service. So glad I went there! More
