I purchased my car from Dave Graves as I said, 2 years ago. I was extremely impressed at that time with the friendly service, attention to detail when explaining the various aspects of the car, and showing a film on the safety features of the car. Since that time, I have continued to bring my car in for service. The reason for the follow-up review is to share that my experience was not unique. I have since recommended North End Subaru and, specifically, Dave Graves to several friends and co-workers. All of have gone, and purchased a vehicle from him. Every one said the same thing, it was a stress-free no pressure approach with someone who put them at ease and did not feel like they were being "fed a sales line". You know a salesperson is telling the truth when they in fact also own a Subaru. The reason for the follow up is this. I recently purchased a new phone and was having difficulity pairing with the car. When I called Dave Graves to ask for advice he, without hesitation, told me to bring the car to him and he would help me. To me, that means alot. Most sales people don't care once they have made the sale. I have and will continue recommending North End Subaru. More
