We just went through the process of trying to purchase a vehicle and were told that they would review the app with finance manager once our credit was pulled. We pulled credit and they told us they would have an answer shortly. I was called back by finance personnel who said the vehicle we were trying get just sold. The had no other vehicle at the same price point to offer so I would have to buy a more expensive vehicle that would be closes that the had available. ( NICE UP SELL!) Iam filing a complaint with Federal Trade Commissioner , California Bureau of Automotive and Toyota Coporate as we speak!!! Pulling hard Inquiry on someone credit and then telling them the vehicle is not available to them, is not a good enough answer for me. Watch these crooks! More

I’ve never experienced such stellar customer service like I do when working with Bianca. I’ve had Toyotas all my adult life, and would always dread the day when I would have to change out my lease. She genuinely cares for her customers, goes above and beyond, is attentive listens to the customer’s needs and specifications. She’s kind and sweet and passionate about her job and more importantly, her customers. Toyota will forever have my business, as long as Bianca and other car salespeople are around. I have purchased two vehicles from this Dealer and both experiences were very pleasant, however, this time I submitted an application for A Prius Prime so as to avoid having to go into the dealer for an ex experiences were very pleasant, however, this time I submitted an application for A Prius Prime so as to avoid having to go into the dealer for an extended period of time. This full online service is advertised by them. The Internet Sales person who spoke to me (I recall the name slightly but am a bit unsure so I wont mention it), spoke to me for a total of less than 3 minutes. He said based on your information you have to come in. I asked, based on my information what would you deem will be a monthly payment, estimate is ok. He said, you have to come in to discuss and then the call ended. In short, he dismissed me, he dismissed my business, he did not afford me the opportunity to discuss, he did not afford me to ability to explain that I have the resources to make the purchase. I was left wondering if this is the new system at Toyota of North Hollywood or should I next time just take my business elsewhere. I am not sure what the reason was, I don't want to speculate, I don't even visit what I thought the reason was for me being dismissed in less than three minutes but I hope this is an isolate incident. I hope this department does better. I really do. More
