Excellent Customer Service Michael Cisneros is a great advisor! He hustled at the last minute for me to get me the sale for my tires that was ending that day. Went in few days later for routine maintenance and have the tires put on and when I arrived he immediately mentioned about the tires. I also was having trouble with my battery and knew it would need replaced. At the end he said he checked when the the last time I had it replaced and found out it was previously replaced only 2 yrs ago. So I was able to get the new one prorated at 50%. Something I never even thought about but he did. I waited at the dealership for everything to be done which I always do and knew it would take a while which he did mention that it would. Waited almost 4 hrs. My only complaint would be that I never received any status update on how much longer I would have to wait the entire 4 hrs. An update during that time would have been appreciated just to make sure things are moving along as they should. But overall I am pleased with the service Michael provides at North Park Toyota. More

Best Service Dept I needed my truck serviced and didn't have an appointment but they got me right in. New car sales and service I was very happy with the service I received in the new car sales department. They located the vehicle I wanted, negotiated the price and appraised my I was very happy with the service I received in the new car sales department. They located the vehicle I wanted, negotiated the price and appraised my trade-in. However, I did have some issues with the service department regarding my sunroof on the vehicle I traded in. I had taken my vehicle into.the Service department on several occasions and was told there was no leak. This last time the new service mgr. told me there was moisture which he said was normal as he also checked another forerunner. This is why I electd to trade in my vehicle because I know condensation can lead to problems on the future. More
