I took my car to get my tires fixed because they were losing air. I went three times. Each time I had to wait for almost 5 hours, for they said they did not find anything. Very, very frustrating. I do not recommend purchasing a used car from this dealership. I bought a 2016 Hyundai Elantra from Garrett Windham and the car was one drive away from putting my son in danger. 3 out of 4 rims were b dealership. I bought a 2016 Hyundai Elantra from Garrett Windham and the car was one drive away from putting my son in danger. 3 out of 4 rims were bent which increases the chances of a blowout and makes the car unsafe to drive. Additionally, all four tires were bald and one side of the front bumper was attached with tape. I was not able to test drive the car the night I purchased it because one of the mechanics misplaced the keys. So, I inquired about another car that was a different color but the same make, model, and price. Garrett Windham urged me stick with original car and told me it was the better car. Since they could not find the keys, Garrett Windham said he'll make sure everything is good with car, have it cleaned, and dropped off. So I bought the car Saturday night and the car was not dropped off until Thursday evening. I believe that since I already paid for the car I was no longer a priority. During the five day wait, I did not receive a phone call or any kind of update on the status of the car. When the car was dropped off, the interior was still dirty and stained. I was told the stains would be removed but they were not. Garrett said they tried but the stains would not come. It's hard to believe the dealership did anything to clean it when the interior was dusty. My son went outside with a standard carpet shampooer and all the stains came out with ease, so I'm sure there was no effort from the dealer. I contacted Garrett and told him I would like to return the car and he told me they do not have a return policy. I called to talk someone else but I returned to Garrett, this time Garrett told me I only had 48 hours to returned the car. And the reason why it was only 48 hours is because the car was delivered and not driven off the lot. I asked to speak to a manager he said the managers were busy. I also ask for their return policy in writing and it was not provided. Overall, this was a horrible experience and I feel like North Park Toyota took advantage of me. More

There did not honor the lifetime oil changes. They decided after 2 years not to honor that agreement anymore and we're rude about it as well. Eloy was worst advisor. We bought a new 2020 highlander with extended warranties. Within 24 hrs we heard a noise coming from the brake system. My wife and kids took it in because she didn’t feel safe driving around with that noice Within 24 hrs we heard a noise coming from the brake system.
